Description
The Brass Idiyappam Maker (Sev Sancha / Chakli Press) is a traditional hand-operated kitchen tool used to prepare idiyappam (string hoppers), sev, murukku, chakli, gathiya, and noodles. It is made from solid brass (peetal), which makes it durable, rust-resistant, and long-lasting compared to aluminum or plastic versions.
It comes with a 6 interchangeable jali (disc) set, allowing you to make different thicknesses and shapes of pressed dough strands. This makes it a multi-purpose tool for both South Indian and North Indian snacks.
