Hawkins Gasket

Description

The gasket is made from heat-resistant, food-grade rubber and sits in a groove inside the cooker lid. When the lid is locked, the gasket compresses tightly against the cooker body, preventing steam from escaping.

Different sizes exist based on cooker capacity (2L, 3.5L–8L, bigboy models, etc.), so proper matching is important.
